DS #4658: Shin Sengoku Tenka Touitsu Gunyuutachi no Souran (Japan)
It's not RoTK. It's set in feudal Japan. Although, from what I've seen it is rather similar to Nobunaga's ambition... which in turn is basically RoTK in Japan. Apparently it's part of a long series of titles by systemsoft, (not Koei).... None of which have been localised. So no hope here...- Pita
