thanks guys! but sadly it still didn;t work after i format it and put in the new kernel. I think signal should have been properly cut. In fact i made quite a deep cut in the middle. Any thought? :)- pikmin23

Hacking R4 gold help!
Hi, I am currently the owner of a rather old R4 gold card. It is the version without the RTS logo on the cart. Recently, I update my 3ds to V7.0 without realising that it would block my R4 card. I tried to patch my card using the R4 card through my girlfriend's old DS lite. I was not able...- pikmin23

@K3Nv2 I did that using Citra for 3DS games. Bottom screen was my smartphone. Until I got the touch screen. -
