    I also use the mobileMate. Pick a couple up off amazom a while ago for $5 each. Never used the used the included reader because of the original bad reviews. R4 could take them out and lower the price a $ or so.

    Its been asked several time before but the R4s for dealextreme are the "Real Deal". The site sells lots of cheap Chinese clone stuff but has never made any claims on products which are dishonest.

    Go with the R4/1gig mSD kits from dealextreme. The price is $43 US and they deliver worldwide. I've ordered and received several shipments from them with no problems.

    Someone bought a bunch of cheap hardware which was non-selling or factory seconds. Paid almost nothing for it and re-badged it. This operation would have to be a fly-by-night; make, take and run.

    Hacking R4/M3s bulk buying

    I've used DealExtreme several times over the last couple of months for R4s and other items. Good communication, quick price adjustments and had no problems with my orders. They are in HK so the only bad point is slow shipping to the USA.

    Stray, microSD 1gigs are so cheap and plentiful that I really doubt anyone would sell a fake kingston card. I've bought several and paid between $9 - $16 shipped.
