    i'ts not random, it scans with an order (i don't know the order, it may be different depending on the keyboard), but it always follows an order, like all programs.

    Emulation is most of it single threated, and one of the best processors with single threating is the ryzen 5 3600 (not very expensive). i have a ryzen 5 on my laptop and wii u emulation runs perfectly and switch emulation struggles but only because i don't have enough ram

    I would say to buy a ryzen 3300X, with dual channel RAM for the integrated gpu and try that, and if it doesn't have the performance you needed you can buy a dedicated graphics card. but for those games the integreated graphics should be enough and you would save some money, at least for some time
