    Are you sure the 3DS browser ever suppoted Flash? All my research (such as forum posts from 2011) tell me Flash was never a thing on the 3DS.

    I never could get Ryujinx to work. No matter what I did, it always crashed on start. Meanwhile, Yuzu always worked flawlesly for me.

    That actually raises an interesting question: What if the EULA itself is illegal? Like for example, even if you sign a contract that states that you give the company consent to murder you in your sleep, I would assume any reasonable lawyer (or judge) would just throw the EULA away.

    Time for some brief philosophy: What if I never bought the console or games, therefore never agreed to the EULA? Yes, I understand it is piracy at that point. But there are countries that only make it illegal to upload/share, just downloading for personal use is legal in some jurisdictions.

    Replying to the bolded part: You are legally allowed to make a perfect 1:1 (unmodified) copy. However, if there's any copy protection in place, breaking it is not legal. So, yes... you can dump a game, but not actually play it. Assuming you find a way of dumping the game without modding the 3DS...

    Wow, it's almosts as if sexuality had nothing to do with politics, isn't it? I will never understand why most of the world made it a political issue. I have no idea if that actually happens, but if it does... yeah, that's bad.

    That's not what Hanafadua is saying. The message meant that POSTING about it is the same. POSTING about being bisexual is the same about posting about having intercourse. Again, I am not stating my opinion here, I am explaining that message, they way I understood it.
