    It's all about the experience you are looking for. Sure I own a Steam Deck and other Android based handhelds. Nothing beats the full experience and feeling with 3DS hardware. Plus it's 100% accurate. If you're looking for more, than of course the emulation handhelds will be a better fit.

    I'm sure it did get downvotes. All the reddit posts I've seen regarding the Edifier's were begrudgingly approved by the audiophiles. So they are great in my book :rofl:

    Thanks! Loose contacts are so annoying. I'm surprised you put up with it for two years! I did a bunch of research and Edifier is supposed to be good entry level audiophile speakers that don't break the bank. Audiophile approved and they can be a bit snobbish.

    Nice! I'm sure you will love them. I just ordered the Edifier R1280DBs for my retro gaming setup off eBay, certified refurbished for $109 or it would have been $199 new.

    I usually only post with photos (or it never happened :lol:) For my retro setup, I just ordered some high quality S-Video cables from Insurrection Industries. 4 cables in total for my SNES, GC, N64, PS1&2, Sega Saturn, and Dreamcast. Also got a 4 port S-Video switcher along with Edifier...

    Got a BitFunx GDEMU and shell for my Dreamcast along with a USB-C mod. Just put it all together today.

    Most definitely. Will double dip and get the PC version too once it's released. I think it will be $80 at most, which is standard these days and not $100

    I was totally wrong. I assumed it was JP only but they got an exclusive orange variant along with the blue that was released everywhere haha Wish I got the orange instead but it was a good deal regardless ^_^

    The 3DS's OS has a certain charm you can't get anywhere else, especially with custom themes and badges. Nothing beats the full experience

    Same. Looking back, Iwata always put the customers first. I really think he took WiiU's failure to heart and that contributed to his passing. Miyamoto is a creative genius but has always been business first and anti consumer
