    I will get the firmware info when i get back home today. I looked up what sysnand and emunand are and I don't kno which was being used (sorry). Just a local videgame repair shop near work, so I don't really know them. I told them it was modded before it was repaired for not charging. Thank you...

    My regular switch, which was running OS SX with the dongle stopped charging, I had it repaired and they replaced the "Power IC " chip and it now charges. However, after charging it and trying to play any game, I get the "Unable to start software. Return to the HOME menu and try again" error...
