    If the firmware is Aroma, you can press L1, D-Pad Down and Minus to open a plugin menu, that'll show all the plugins your firmware has installed. I dont think it's re_nsyshid in specific because I do have that on and just checked, Splatoon opened fine, past the splash screen and everything.

    I was having a similar issue as well, in my case at least, seemed to be that the updates and the version game I was installing (I was getting everything from an alternative source that wasn't WiiUDownloader or NUSpli) weren't the latest ones. What worked was just deleting the game, all updates...
