    it was dlc i got from "that Shop" for spotpass plaza and official nintendo themes all the other dlc i got from "That Shop" were unaffected.

    yeah, people were getting paranoid about ??????? showing up in their activity logs which turned out to be specific homebrew. the only thing of note that happened to me after getting banned is that i noticed certain dlc were missing after.

    i saw that post too and i'm not sure the guy was credible. he said he hadn't used his 3ds for a week then when he herd about the ban wave he blocked the urls and then he checked to see if he was banned.

    For me atleast ???????? turned out to be the CHMM app. CHMM doesn't even show up in my software library.

    either you add those urls to your routers block list or set up a dns and block them that way

    if you guys are having trouble blocking certain site you can set up your own DNS by making an account on opendns.com ( make sure you click on the I would like OpenDNS for Personal Use → button) and add the urls to your block list.
