    I looked at it in the dark, I can see the backlight or something happening on the screen but theres no image. I turned up the volume like this guy suggested but I didnt hear any of the usual sound effects.

    Yeah I dont know much about them, But I've heard a lot of bad things. The tinfoil website has a bunch of lists like "most downloaded games" "hot new games" So I would assume some of the information goes toward those, but there is still a lot of information collected for lord knows why.
