    There's always the standby nds-card I'm fairly certain they ship to most of Europe. You're likely going to have to ship from china no matter what a lot European countries have b some pretty strict regulations on piracy devices.

    So after doing some poking around it looks like 0 NATIVE_FIRM can actually access *some* TWL_FIRM features by writing to PDN registers (as far as I know has to be carried out by the ARM11 kernel) so maybe that's how the poke transporter works. That honestly just a theory though.

    That's complicated I really don't know how it works. Even if we could use that somehow, I'm (kind of) sure that it [would] only works with DSi enhanced titles.

    It won't be able to unless smealum radically changes how *hax work. Launch TWL_FIRM = Kill NATIVE_FIRM = Kill Paylod.

    At the moment no. Possibly never. It would be useless anyway because it requires an NNID to go online which is blocked on Nver less than 28

    I love how all you guys saying it shouldn't be hard, but you really don't know how hard it is. If you have CFW and can install DSi CIAs then making one shouldn't be hard, but if you're using *hax count it out. There's literally no way to read anything off that that cart without running TWL_FIRM...

    I honestly didn't know that downgrading was easy. I was also really just trying to answer his question as literally as possible. I was thinking XL shipped with the 5.0 area firmwares, it's been a long time.

    Finding N3DSXL on <=9.2 isn't that hard if your willing to pay over MSRP for it. The O3DS XL as far as I know never came with 4.5 on it.

    N3DS XL not too difficult, but you may have cough up some extra cash or go used. N3DS Impossible. O3DS probably not too hard but once again a firmware that low you may have to fork over little extra. O3DS XL impossible.
