    from what I read it's limited to windows or linux (using dislocker). So you'll most probably have to unlock/decrypt it to use it with another device/OS.

    Not sure about ChromeOS, but on android, I use Firefox, as Chrome doesn't let you download the pkg files (the games), only the licences (work.bin files), from nopaystationDOTcom.
