    All I can say is that he was very kind and generous as a person, in the way he treated us in the forums. I understand there is a price to pay, but that is simply rediculous. Nintendo should see about hiring him to protect their interests instead of doing something like this.

    I tried to use that app to back in june or july and had all sorts of problems, I just wish I could remember what it was that finally fixed everything for me as it was a simple thing. I do remember that when i removed it from starting from preloader, I had to restart the wii a few times before it...

    I think it would be awesome to come out with a whole interface that came with all the stuff necessary and more pleasing to the eye. Especially something where a person wouldn't have to worry about the kids clicking on things (we hear about that alot). Don't know why this hasn't happened yet.

    I have heard ppl report success with this method, but it still acts as a usb device in the sense that you cannot play gamecube backups. I guess if you have one laying around it is good, but I wouldn't go out and buy one as a choice for a usb device.

    It alters every ios file on the system only to do one thing, play backup disks from the disk channel.

    You will be glad you were forced into using a usb device as it works so much better and you can still backup your retail games throught the drive just fine.
