    So i was making a rom hack for nsmbwii, and i replaced the level 1-1 using wiiscrubber, but after that, dolphin refused to boot the iso, so how do i fix that, and if i can't, how do i do it without wiiscrubber?

    i used decrypt.exe to decrypt a .cia file of animal crossing new leaf : welcome ammibo but i got two .ncch files , since i am a newbie at decrypting roms, this confuses me, how do i use makerom.exe to make a .cia file? sorry if this post sounds stupid.
