    BTW it seems that at least some of the localization files for Yakuza 2 are in the CPK files, probably from the PS2 era (thanks @Baphomet for discovering this) Anyone know and/or willing to help with this? I'm sure the community would love an English translation project

    the different DDD build provided by Asper did dump the missing RPLs! however it just closed the connection afterwards and the wiiu just hangs at the splash screen, I couldn't enter game or anything to keep dumping. ran it with the new RPL's in the CODE folder but still getting the same errors...

    thanks for the input. I'll try different DDD versions while dumping CODE folder and see where that takes me

    Baphomet suggested trying that, I figured why not. Maybe I'll redump the CODE folder again and give it a go. I wouldn't mind doing that but I understand that it violates the TOS of this website...

    Tried different loadiine builds, removing the debug.cpk, different compression methods on the RPX file but still getting the same errors :(

    Thanks everyone for the feedback. I'm gonna try dumping again maybe overnight and see if there's a change.

    It did seem strange and different than other games' folder structure! let's hope that is the issue. Although, again, it is strange that DDD wasn't able to handle it...

    It does fail at the same point but I am not sure what is the success rate of DDD as a region free game loader in the first place auto Nothing with JP, the content folder only has Ogre1 and Ogre2 folders inside it with a few ogre prefix files but nothing with JP in there

    thanks It does load through DDD as part of the dumping process, so I just ran it instead of dumping, and like i said it boots and gets to the title(s) screen but kicks me out after the loading screen
