I hate to be a pedant but it really doesn't matter what the devs consider to be illegal, only what the law states to be illegal. The two might be in agreement in this case but that's neither here nor there :)

A mate bought a 2nd hand wii recently and the previous owner put a lock on it and now can't remember the password to disable it. I've searched but can't find an answer....
Try starting it with no cart in the slot. If it still locks up it's probably a firmware problem in the DS itself. I'm new to the whole DS thing so maybe someone else can talk you through reflashing it.
Yeah, it's seen in the DS menu and the mSD card works in the other cart so it has me thinking that the cart is knackered I got the cart for my sister and I'm not in the same country as her anymore so I can't test it in her DSXL either. Sucks if this is the case
I just bought 2 of these recently and am having a bit of trouble. One of them is hanging at the loading screen. Both did this at first but after a day or so one began to work perfectly. The other has never worked. I've swapped the micro SD cards over and both work in the working cart and neither...
