    Oh what a shame, maybe it only works with a Japanese pad and American console and not vice versa. Unfortunately I have no way to check or help you, sorry. :(

    Same, but maybe try in redNAND first? From what I have read, changing the region of the console via sys_prod.xml bricks it, you can only change the game region. For console region I think you should get the desired region files in red/sysNAND first, but I don't think those files are available...

    Real discs. I did the "119" thing and have Haxchi with Spiik. Sometimes I can play my games without going through Haxchi, but they only work on japanese or english or another language if it was included in the japanese version (like Bayonetta, Bayonetta 2 and The Wonderful 101) and I change it...

    Kind of late, but try noShop on Google, I got all the oficial japanese, european and american themes from there. Some even with alt versions.

    Same here, I did the "119" thing with WinSCP and ftpiiu everywhere, but just like with OurLoader, some things works and others... well, no. Until now, japanese Wii U = worst decision ever. ;(
