    There is an error in your "old 3DS" section of the guide that no one has ever caught that caused me a brick. Possibly just a half brick because my 3DS is hanging after any app launch and at one point it said (SD card has the no write lock on) even though there was no SD card in it. Anyways...

    Um but won't that over-write the current A9LH configuration? Also my Wi-Fi seems to be broken again :P Dunno it worked fine before... edit: no it's just it only works with non- portal connections again

    LOL I lost my space again and did it the other way. Instead of doing all that, I formatted another rednand again, then after restoring the backup used hourglass to to flash my original sysnand to the rednand partition. Which got everything back as well. I "could" do it the way you suggested...

    HOLY F^%$#@@ing.... FINALLY.... The HBL8.3dsx file was corrupted... I reinstalled it twice. From a new starter.zip First got me a red screen only... second it booted. Geesh.

    Yes I did. I copied and pasted the code over the old txt in boot.cfg (it says the offset is 0x0 I think in ctr when I'm in it if I remember right.

    Yes, as Sgt Lulz stated, if you get a black screen, use the other older build of rx-tools and reinject the FBI. (just overwrite the old folders, do not delete anything) The same happened to me and this fixed it. O3DS though.

    I would never format my sysnand if I were you, but I'm still new to this. The point of unlinking your emunand from your sysnand is to update the emunand and keep your sysnand in tact. Beyond that I'm still new to CIA injection processes and how they affect your NNID.
