    Evilnat 4.93 just dropped, and HEN was already available last week. Safe to update to those. Just don't accidentally install OFW because bgtoolset isn't compatible yet.

    Not with this specific guide. You can hack 4.91 using ps3toolset. Check MrMario2011's video tutorials on YouTube.

    The above applies only to digital games and DLCs. Disc rips are safe because there's no way of tracking who purchased what games in retail stores. Also, it doesn't seem that Sony cares much about the PS3 these days - they have the info they need so you'd expect them to have already done...

    I doubt we'd see a lawsuit against HBC because Nintendo doesn't really seem to care much. Mind that they went after Yuzu even though it's not even proven to be illegal at all, but left Dolphin, and of course HBC alone. Doesn't mean there wont be a lawsuit those, because no one can really know...

    Well it does remove lv1 artificial restrictions, but you still need a working driver.

    I'm pretty sure OtherOS++ on CFW already allows that but I don't think the RSX has fully working Linux drivers. BadHTAB is only for non CFW capable consoles. It's completely useless on CFW capable ones because CFW already gives you complete control over the hypervisor.

    Indeed. Combined with the fact that you need to run it after every restart and the very low success rate, and the fact that HEN already lets you do most stuff, this doesn't have many practical uses, but it's still good science.

    Try setting the region with multiMAN. If it doesn't work, update to Evilnat 4.92 and set the region through CFW tools. If even that doesn't work, set the debug menu to DEX mode (Evilnat allows you to change the debug menu type without changing the entire firmware) and set the console region to US.

    Install HFW 4.92.1 from recovery. Hopefully this will get the console working again. It will remove HEN so you'll need to reinstall it. If that doesn't work you'd need to reformat your HDD.

    Web Man Mod installed but no web man setup shows up

    Installing the webMAN MOD pkg installs an installer, which you then need to run. The installer will be listed like a game. Launch it while holding the L1 button to install the full version. Then restart your console, enable HEN and it should appear.
