Hi guys, does anyone know how to put a speed hack in a game? (To speed up in game time by x2, x5, x100 etc) Haven't seen it mentioned before. Is that possible? Want to try it out on nfs mw 2012. Thanks.

Exactly, it is driving me nuts because I want to play some other game but this minor issue is just unreal. I can't restart the game because I've used this game save since like 2012ish. There's over 90 days played lol. Thanks for giving me some direction, I'll give it a try. To be honest, I...

    Hacking VitaCheat/FinalCheat Database

@tomberyx Hi, I think u might remember me from a few months ago. Anyways, can u figure out how to reset a speed trap personal best (the speed it records you driving past it) to 0 on Need for Speed Most Wanted 2012? Pcse00089. Hopefully you/anyone can figure this out as it has been bugging me...

Yeah I see, I was using your dog search too but I wasn't getting anywhere. Hopefully this can be figured out as I almost want to reset my game now lol. @Yohoki Not trying to modify times, just the speed I tripped the speed camera. When I used the "deactivate speed camera" hack, it still...

@tomberyx did u figure out the speedtrap record for nfs mw 2012 pcse00089? @Yohoki you seem proficient at this stuff, could you perhaps look into it? (Nfs mw 2012 pcse00089) Basically just want to modify the personal best on the recorded speedtraps. It's proving to be quite the challenge...

I see, I'll take a look, I'll use your dog search too. Could you please try and find it aswell? It'll be the last thing I ask from you regarding this game. I whizzed by a trap at 400mph with the disabled trap hack and it spoiled my game save since it recorded it. Thanks.

    Hacking VitaCheat/FinalCheat Database

@tomberyx Also, the speedtrap disable doesnt work. It just disables the flash.

Oh right I see, thanks for explaining. So can you point in the right direction on what I can do to find the speedtrap value? For me it's a learning curve and would hopefully translate to me having a better understanding in other games too. Thanks.

I see, but can you explain how I can find a speedtrap record myself? So, what's the point in using the EU or US version? Does it matter which one we use? Why do people post codes for each region if they're the same? Thanks.
  14. N

    Hacking VitaCheat/FinalCheat Database

Actually, what is the difference between the EU and US psv? The codes look the same? Does it matter if you use the wrong psv for the games region?

Looks good! I'll let u know how it goes later today. Have u figured out anything to do with changing the personal best on the speedtraps? What about traction control/better grip? Offroad stat cheat, hack each of the car stats. What about teleport? Also, I am using the EU version of the game...

@SylverReZ if you could find a v5 DS ML you would have the best of both worlds since the v5 units had the same backlight brightness levels as the DS Lite unlockable with flashme

A woman with no arms and no legs was sitting on a beach. A man comes along and the woman says, "I've never been hugged before." So the man feels bad and hugs her. She says "Well i've also never been kissed before." So he gives her a kiss on the cheek. She says "Well I've also never been fucked before." So the man picks her up, and throws her in the ocean and says "Now you're fucked."

anyways, we need to re-normalize physical media

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM

  • cearp @ cearp:
You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    :rofl2:
  • cearp @ cearp:
still, I agree physical media is nice to have. just pointing out the issue is drm

  • rqkaiju2 @ rqkaiju2:
i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds
  • cearp @ cearp:
It's nice to not have to have a lot of physical things though, saves space

@rqkaiju2, Physical media is a great source for archiving your data, none of that cloud storage shiz.
