    Any games that you recently beat?

    I'm in over 30 games beaten this year (not counting replays in the same year), but most recently it was my latest playthrough of DMC: Devil May Cry since I had played all 5 mainline games mid summer and figured I should beat the black sheep of the DMC family to truly complete the series.

    I was hoping someone would post this one. Kojima managed to create a better story narrative using cobbled together cutscenes than the base game could ever attempt. Although MGSV is incomplete and lacks a fleshed out story it's still an amazing game.

    Smash World Tour tournament cancelled over Nintendo's notice to no longer operate

    Probably for the use of registered logos, titles, characters, names, etc. If they wanted to hold a smash tourney they'd have to call it anything else and use legally distinct imagery to avoid any comparisons. I'm no lawyer but you can sue for just about anything in the great US of A.

    Sonic Frontiers has leaked on Switch ahead of its release date

    After seeing that previous game levels were in the game but reskinned with Green Hill Zone assets my hype died near instantaneously. At least the music is good, as usual. I'll grab it when it's inevitably in the bargin bin.

    Xbox stays winning baybeee. For real though, I'm glad I made the switch back to Xbox, way better bang for my buck. Sony can win me back when they actually have a service that's worth my time and money, or come back to the handheld market and not drop the ball so fucking hard this time.

    Sci-fi survival horror game 'Signalis' gets launch trailer

    Already put 2 hours into it and I'm liking it. The visuals are nice and the sounds (and save point) are very much inspired by Silent Hill 2. Also the characters visually remind me of Blame!. If anyone is unsure about buying it you could also try it via Game Pass (Xbox or PC).

    Best games for new gamer

    If you want a large semi-open world RPG, go for Xenoblade, but if you own a Switch you may as well get the remaster since it includes a new (albeit short) story expansion. Plus the graphical overhaul looks great. The Bravely series is a fine turn based RPG. Ever Oasis is a great RPG too.
