    My 3DS is on FW 3.0.0-0E. So I guess I don't have the internet browser talked about in this tutorial. But I can access the internet in the settings. Does this count as a browser, or should I follow the guide without a browser? I can borrow a M3i zero flashcard. I know it is not the best...
