    I found the solution! 1) Delete your old decrypting folder 2) Download/unzip the files, so that you are starting with a fresh set 3) Add your CIA/3DS file to the folder and run the BAT as intended Every time you need to decrypt files, you will need to repeat the process with fresh files again...
