    You can literally change everything one by one in PKHEX to the correct amount. I did it and only took like 25-30 minutes.

    It worked for me for all except kleavor. edit: for kleavor I just did shiny code and he turned out yellow.

    I think basculin is not Hisuian, just regular. Once its evolved it becomes hisiuan. So try spawning in basculin regularly. Not sure if this is correct.

    @SkyQueen you updated the file until page 146 however you didn't add these codes, is there a reason for that? e.g. are they not working (properly)?
