It is not an rp2040 as the pictures show..It is a gowin fpga on there and a gd32 just like the normal hw ones...

Thank you for your answer. Now i can only keep one of these for rebuilding consoles with faulty emmcs... I had kept a gen1 tx original for that which it now is useless. 1679312611 By monitoring the boot sequence i guess!

Great reversing work there! Finally all the people that complained about HOS are now satisfied! Question though,Does it work on v1 patched consoles too? I know the boot sequence is different on these (the block reads if i recall) so that is why i m asking.

Indeed but the chip costs money and that prevents a big amount of people from using/installing it. If the chip becomes free , we ll see a huge spike of hacked consoles as well as a huge spike of broken consoles hahahaha Well that could be a win win for the company if they are making enough from...

If i m not mistaken , Rehius said in public that there will be no piracy support in the question if hos will ever boot by his firmware. It is intentional that it doesn't boot HOS , he could allow HOS but he doesn't want to , to prevent piracy by all means.

And he chose the correct way to show that people are hypocrites saying that they don't want it for piracy! We can already have any emulator we want through linux (and android) , but people keep asking for HOS support.. The only real reason for that is piracy... So, sorry but personally I m with...

These are completed it seems as they work on all current models.. No need for more development!

The keys weren't compromised by hekate or atmosphere in any form or case , it was the tegra glitch that allowed the bypass which is not a mod device ,and as you may have seen, all standalone payload launchers have been targeted because of that... I will not start an argument on that subject as...

I wouldn't be so sure about that but that is not the case here in my opinion! It is almost sure that 95% of the people who ask for more, want it mostly for not so legal reasons... I will not say no to a version that allows HOS to run , all i say is that i feel why the dev doesn't want his/her...

Actually picotool can save it fine . Just tested... I believe that the dev just wanted to prove that people lie when saying that they want emulators as now emulators are possible and still people are asking for HOS booting which is illegal as it is bypassing software security

I guess you have confirmed that ,right? Cause there is still a chance that it really goes green but nothing happens. I have had that happen on a friend with original sx chip and latest HW firmware. Was trying to figure out what was happening for about an hour till i told him to revert to...

Hacking Hardware Picofly - a HWFLY switch modchip

Yes ,exactly what i m saying but probably didn't explain best as english is not my native language.Sorry for that. So only if somebody has one that actually gets into Hekate can be sure for the led color and and only on his specific board as , as far as i know, there is no way to tell if the...

Hacking Hardware Picofly - a HWFLY switch modchip

Now that makes sense... If the fw doesn't release (hi-z) the pins and keep them low, it makes perfect sense! Thank you very much for explaining. So it could still be a timing issue and the led actually getting RED and not GREEN cause of the different led model.. Only a person who has a pico...

Hacking Hardware Picofly - a HWFLY switch modchip

Has anybody done any logic analyzer measurements to confirm that? All i see is led sequence ending in green light (which in reality could be RED if the led is the opposite of what the original dev worked with (GRB vs RGB) on their board) and black screen. That doesn't conclude that the SoC is in...
