    So I followed all the steps for downgrading my firmware to a t, and it doesn't work. Strangly my 3dsxl says it is still 7.2 on the system settings but when trying the steps again (a just in case) rxtools says I am on the exploitable firmware. Very confused. So I either have to wait for the 9.x...

    So I was gave an old 3dsxl with 7.2.0 16u firmware. I had access to Mc Donalds WiFi long enough to install the entire rxtools. Is there anyway to launch the rxtools without online or will I need to install something else (I do have a dstwo flashcart if that helps, I do not have cubic ninja...

    Sadly due to my sucky internet I can't use xbin. Filetrip only has the huge file sizes (XBoyAdvance24 at 65.5mb/ ZsnexBox 3.4 at 65.2 mb/ NeoGenesis v25 at a whooping 80.1mb) (I can only hope my cruddy dial up internet can handle PCSxbox 21's 25.1 mb)

    I'm doing this for better homebrew support (150k) (Doom and SNESTy to be exact) I already have another PSP that a friend gave me that is just for PSP games so I am not worried about that.
