    If it's completely freezing then you probably have a dirty cartridge slot. And it either needs cleaning or replacing.

    Toggle on Then exit out of the Luma menu l. Go back in toggle off and on again then take out the cartridge and put back in. It should work.

    The hombrew files are corrupt and need deleting and replaced with good copies.

    Ive had this problem and the way for me to solve it was place the camera up higher and further back. Then it registered that I was there.

    Not really allowed to tell you about where to grab the CIAs from as its against the rules. But if you look around on the guide it tells you that there is indeed a little app/website to get the CIAs from.

    Are you using a old 3ds model or tje new 3ds model.

    It looks like your RAM chip is broken. Probably best to get a new 3DS or replace the chip.

    Turn off the WiFi on switch 2 just to be sure. But local play is fine.

    No. Simple answer. You can't remove a system update. And you need the update to connect to the e shop

    Put both on there and if your using 10.2 Luma before you won't need to update b9s but won't hurt if you do.
