Weird Issue.
If it's completely freezing then you probably have a dirty cartridge slot. And it either needs cleaning or replacing.

Toggle on
Then exit out of the Luma menu l. Go back in toggle off and on again then take out the cartridge and put back in. It should work.

Open up Luma and toggle power to the card slot.
