    Hardware Balance Board says "Please step off me and press A" with no

    I had the same issue. I uncrewed all 4 corners. The I loosen the 4 metal plates using a Torx Screw and then retightened them, but just enough. This recalibrates the weight sensors. This resolved my issue right away.
