ROM Hack RELEASE XC2SaveNetThingy: A Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Save Editor
I had the same problem. In my situation it turned out it was a bad NSP file. The Brand New Story Content Pack nsp needed a new title key. My modified save file worked fine after fixing the nsp file.- MotoBird
