    Indeed this was a very nasty problem because the sd was tested with many programs and so I literally would have never changed it unless someone suggested

    Regarding the uninstallation of twilight menu, step n.3 says to find 2 purple titles/entries of twlmenu in FBI and delete them , but I have only one ( yes iven after reinstalling it ) could this be part of the problem?

    I call it luma splash screen but maybe it has nothing to do directly with it, it's just a 3ds boot theme of anemone. Anyway the sd is indeed very old so yes I could change it. In case I change it , is copying the files from one to the other enough? Finally yes , it looks like the same problem...

    The sd is 8gb with 32kb cluster size. With hangs i mean: i boot up the console and the splash screen of luma(set using anemone) doesn't even show and so i get a black screen and I can only force shutdown. This seems to happen after having installed or opened something new (for the first time)...

    With 3ds mode you mean 3ds games? I will try and let you know

    Yes i tested it with that software, no problems were identified. Are you 100% sure that luma hasn't got nothing to do with the proper working of TWLmenu? As I said i also sometimes get hangs when booting the 3ds when my sd is plugged in ( the one containing the mods ) so this is very strange...

    What about reinstalling luma and the other things, is that possible? Maybe the problem was with them. I'd like to do a FULL wipe

    Fix the white screen. Maybe something went wrong in the installation and could explain the bug, I can try. I really would like to see this work😂. Btw sometimes also the boot from the sd card hangs and I have to turn off and on again the 3ds.

    I was thinking that maybe uninstalling all the mods and remodding everything from scratch could fix the things.. could you link me a guide to uninstall everything and a guide to install the mods?

    I didn't say that you don't believe me, I was just asserting that is very likely to be a bug. Anyway thanks for your work and your replies. Hope that somehow this will get fixed

    okay btw i discovered through the sd card formatter that my card is an SDHC one, don't know if that's somewhat relevant. Anyway i still think that the problem is the program itself

    i read of another person that had an identical problem: was able to run games on the second run but before had white screens..( also the TWLmenu itself had a white screen the first time i launched it ). It seems that everything new i launch within TWLmenu needs to be launched two times to get it...

    EDIT: i managed to also run super mario on the second run ! what could this be ?
