    Now that I think about it I do remember having issues with nopatchdlc cias being functional on an out-of-region system. I'm not sure if that was ever fixed or not.

    I can tell you it isn't a game issue, as Fire Emblem Awakening works with nopatchdlc. Cearp added the feature when I asked for it (Thanks for that btw ^^) around when this came out so I can confirm it works.

    There aren't any Japanese cartridge games (to my knowledge) with 9.0 - 9.2 on them. You might want to go and use http://3dsdb.com/ to look for one with 4.X on it, and then use the old MSET exploit for rxTools. From there, if you so desire, you could also instead use sysUpdater to go to 9.2

    Managed to install the smash update, 1.71 GB, using the archived exploit. The wiiu menu froze but the thing installed anyway, which was not clear to me in the tutorial and caused some confusion. It works though! Thanks for the help. :)

    You use 3dsNUS to download all the cia's for 9.5.0, then install with BBM in emuNAND. Make sure to back up your emuNAND before messing with it. :)

    Not looking for the full update, just the browser. I'm selling the system soon, and more than likely the new owner won't own a ds flashcard. If they accidentally uninstall MSET, they can't use the browser, as this was updated via cart from 1.0

    This is a convoluted method of installation, but you could... 1. Install Palentine CFW 2. Install Save Data Filer 3. Have someone send you their installed NINJHAX save file 4. Install the save file with SDF. 5. Update to 9.2 somehow. 6. Install Pasta.

    GW_Installer.NDS just installes the DS Profile Exploit. To downgrade, you need to be able to run the exploit. So no, you can't.
