    Can't play game because it needs an update

    I recently got hold of a Japanese copy of Doubutsu no Mori (Animal Crossing), I'd been told that the 3DS wasn't region locked, which turns out isn't true. After a bit of Googling I discovered Luma, so I installed Luma, FBI etc, and the Locale Switcher to set the game to use a Japanese locale...
