    I'd only be transferring over my pokemon save really, maybe my smash and that's it. Both are legit saves too.

    Would I be relatively safe hacking the second console and only using checkpoint to transfer the save and do nothing else with it? I really only want to transfer over my pokemon via home and now the ban prevented that. Thanks for the replies!

    What if my banned console cannot connect to the internet? Is that still possible? Thanks!

    Is there a way to transfer save files from a banned console to a non-banned one without hacking the new one? Or do i need to hack the new one and use Checkpoint?
