    Random question, can you change the language of a 3ds system? If it came as a japanese 3ds, can you change the text to english?

    What else could they be doing besides perfecting what they already have released? Allowing all regions eshops should be one of the next major releases.

    Ok, so now I have to search for a mario kart 7 rom that doesnt give info whether its the rom with the 1.1 patch.

    what 1.1. version are you talking about? An entire rom? Where can i get the 1.1 header to inject into my roms header? Or do I export my roms header and hex edit it then import that eidt header into my rom?

    Ok, but what about this. I have a copy of monster hunter 4. I want to play online with it. But when it needs a software update...how do I update it when I only have access to USA eshop?

    I dont want to risk being banned with the possibility of the same rom out there. Unless I can somehow hex edit the patch into the rom?
