    Sorry to be a bother, but the Sachet and Whipped Dream items still can't be used currently. Also, Pumpkaboo and Phantump cannot be evolved without trading.

    Something I noticed: For most of the "Trade with held Item" evolutions, you now have to use that item. (e.g. use a King's Rock on Poliwhirl) But the ingame menu won't let you use a King's Rock or any of these items. Also at the moment you still need to trade to evolve Alolan Graveler, Pumpkaboo...

    There is an Evolution Changes document, which should have all the changes compared to the original. Kadabra is supposed to evolve into an Alakazam by level up while holding a Twisted Spoon. You can get a Twisted Spoon in the Lost Hotel or from wild Abras / Kadabras / Alakazams.

    Which version did you get, X or Y? I took the time to check both prepatched files: I noticed that Neo Y shows up in the Gateway menu, but it does not get mounted when selected, the game slot just stays empty. Not sure what is causing this, but maybe somebody can confirm this? I'm on EmuNAND 9.8...

    Sky3DS only works with unmodified ROMs (there's one exception but that's only for New 3ds on 9.2 or lower), so for now you are not able to play any 3DS Rom Hack.

    If you're talking about Star Sapphire and Rutile Ruby, that's the intention of it, that every Pokemon is "legit", so you should be fine there. :D The only thing which was changed with encounters in that hack is that the DexNav Foreign exclusives can be found before receiving the National Dex.
