    Oh gosh, is it really possible to change old usernames? I made this account long ago with this username, but I really find it demeaning now that I've grown up. Is there any possible way change my username?

    ROM Hack n00b here. Followed several tutorials for making randomized ORAS rom. At wits end.

    Have you tried playing with the rom instead of a .cia? As far as I know(correct me if I'm wrong), but you can't run a pk3ds edited rom as a .cia file.

    Google is your friend. It's a 3ds flashcard, try looking it up. Can't link you the main website for obvious reasons, but you should be able to find it easily. :)

    It's not too hard to search or google for such things. If you are looking for a game update such as Pokemon OR/AS 1.2 etc, then just google that. You're looking a .cia format of the update. (which is not allowed to be hosted or linked to/from this forum) Good luck.
