I created a basic 3DS Theme Manager that I uploaded to github - MeirBelach - 3DSThemeManager. It requires .NET Framework 4.5 to be installed. It works to create zip files that can be used by Anemone 3DS Theme Manager. More information and how to use it are on the Github page...- MeirBelach

@Xdqwerty, Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan! is the Japanese version of the game, different settings/characters/songs but otherwise identical mechanics. I played that before I knew about Elite Beat Agents lol. Both fantastic games https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Osu!_Tatakae!_Ouendan+1 -
