    I tried disabling SaltySD so that I can play online with a friend, but even though all moveset changes and frame data were reverted, (Was playing USM-eM Winds Edition) changes to special moves stayed such as fox jumping out of shine, and falco freefalling out of side b, and I couldn't revert...

    Homebrew Any Way to extract romfs and exefs on Windows without a 3DS?

    I'm a Citra exclusive player, and was planning on making a large scale Smash 3DS mod for personal use, but can't find out how to get the files needed on PC, as I don't own a 3DS at the moment.
