    I just signed into Club Nintendo, and it said I have a gold reward to redeem. But when I clicked on it, it then said I already redeemed it?

    Umm...it has been dropped once, but only two feet or so, nothing major. And even after that I was able to play throughout the battery's lifespan without this happening. EDIT: I just bought the Nyko powerpak+. If Nintendo wants me to ship in my 3DS, should I or not since I'll have a new battery?

    Umm, not sure what you mean by what have I done to it. It's on the latest software update, I don't have any flashcarts to use for it so I didn't do that. And I haven't tinkered at all with the system's hardware.

    I was playing Pokemon White and the system turned completely off out of nowhere. And before anyone asks, yes the system had plenty of battery, I'm not stupid I'd know if that was the problem... Any similar problems? And can I even trust my system to never do that again?
