    Hi everyone, So I noticed that it was insanely easy to beat the masked man at the end. All you have to do is guard every turn, and when your hp goes below 120 use PK Lifeup Gamma. Anyone else felt the same?

    I believe that as long as you claim that you dumped the roms yourself and that you don't share them, you should be fine. The emulators themselves are not illegal, they are just programs that can run certain filed (.nds .gba etc.)
