    I'm just glad they didn't decide to ban NNIDs. They could technically do that, right? And they could also ban online on Wii U and Switch as well with that, couldn't they (on Switch at least if you have linked your NNID to your Nintendo Account)? That's pretty scary.

    I have 3 3DSes, one of each region and all with CFW. Interestingly only one of them got banned (EU one) even though that's the one where I purchased by far the most games on and only used the CFW to backup save data. I did use that one to cheat in Kirby Clash though.
