    I used my vita today and it was ok. When I got home I turned on (was on stand by) and showed a message that the card was removed, automatically the system rebuild the database and every single game was gone. Restarted the device, it rebuild the database again and at least hencore, vitashell...

    if you are this confident, that nothing could go wrong... so you dont need a emunand. im a bit more scared. For me, Backup and restore process should be viewed as CPR. You try not need it.

    you need just one big mistake on sysNand to brick your switch. Emunand is like a sandbox. TLDR; its safer.
