    I tried everything like cleaning it, formatting it inside the PSP, and much more but sadly, I think the adapter is defective. Its okay though, ill exchange it to something else. Thanks for the Niko appreciate it sir!

    1) Yes it reads it like a normal sd card 2) i am using the stick PRO Duo edit: i am using a 64gb lexar micro sd card
