    Different then on the ds, how could people consider this for piracy? Even when playing in offline mode, nintendo could store the certificates on the console and check whenever the console goes online. (as an evil company, I would just release a firmware modification for all the flagged consoles...

    Im really new into all of this modding stuff, so please dont take my method as reference: installed the sthetixs hats pack because im lazy. dropped the sys-hidplus files on my sdcard. Downloaded the sys-hidplus-rs pc client. Thats it. didnt do anything else.
