Hah! You certainly don't know your own country then.
I'm Brazilian and I can do a HW mod! ^^ Well, lots of technicians can, provided you tell them what to do.
PM me telling me where you are and I'll see how I can help. If you're nearby (I live in Rio), I can do it myself.
The .3ds and .3dz formats are cart dumps. I guess that Gateway can run them exactly because they're inserted in the cart slot.
To make the same thing on CFWs you'd need to write a Card Slot emulator. I guess that's only possible if you can send codes to ARM11, which seems to be quite unstable...
Yeah, still will. After all, their whole anti-piracy crap is just for show. "I don't want the others to have access to piracy, but I can have access to it". And if said help comes directly from them, then they're hypocrites.
Oh please, can we just recognize that people from #3dsbrew are only butthurt because someone publicized what they've got going for ages?
There's no such thing as "we're against piracy" there. There are only devs that like to have their egos massaged as they release only droplets of what they...
It's not possible. Because PastaMSET doesn't have the server mode that Palantine/PBT has to receive CIAs from ctrclient.
Your best way to do it is booting PBT holding L (might take some tries), install DevMenu/FBI, then put Pasta's Loader on the SD.
Whenever it is ready!
nop90 gave us all we needed to find it on our own. So instead of asking, why don't you just wait, as it will probably go into the front page when it happens?
If you're not patient, instead of asking, help people to find what needs to be changed on the loader.dat he...
After the flash is enough. The flash itself is proof you're in PBT.
I had some issues installing a CIA that way. What solved things for me was:
(Re)installing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable x86,
Setting a fixed IP address on the Internet Configuration (static IP, router's gateway and any...
I'm looking at the file with a Hex Editor, but I have no idea what to look for. I mean, I can't find any of the values that the payload changes...
And, as the previous comments states, some values are reversed, so it makes it even more difficult to me.
How the heck have you done that?
In theory, you only had to dump your ticket.db, and inject it on the Emunand. There was nothing to be written on the Sysnand. So, how?
Anyway, I hope you have access to a hardware mod and a Nand dump.
So you have to be more specific on what you've done.
There are two more things for you to try:
- Extract the ticket.db from your PTB-Sysnand with the game installed. Inject it using RXTools on the Emunand.
- If that doesn't work, (re)download a 100% Legit CIA. Something is wrong with the one...
First: if you don't know what you're doing, stay away from PBT. It stands for Perfect Brick Tool.
Anyway, Pokemon X will never work with PBT or Palantine, as it is encrypted with 7.x+ keys.
To make it work you have to (assuming you're still using PBT):
1 - Install DevMenu.
2 - Install a CLEAN...
