Dragon Quest 12 re-announced alongside new Dragon Quest Monsters title during 40th anniversary broadcast

Pretty sad they scrapped the original "darker tone", I was excited for DQ12 to be different and instead we got a lackluster protag. Meh People are so disappointed it buried DQ Monsters' announcement, I did not heard about it and that's a shame I actually like those and I'm sure it'll be fine

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 to launch on Nintendo Switch 2 in October

On one hand, I'm actually wondering if I would buy it because friends who mainly play Nintendo games could play with me On the other hand, I haven't bought any CoD game for decades, I wanted to get MW2019 at the time but monetized the way it was for a game meant to last for a year, then the...

Star Fox 64 remake for the Switch 2 announced in surprise Nintendo Direct

The character design is horrifying, they just look ugly as hell. It's too "realistic" for its own good.

    STARFOX DIRECT!

Unfortunately Nintendo fans aren't Sonic fans, those designs are definitive (and ugly as hell)

Gaming S&box (pronounced Sandbox), the spiritual successor to Garry's Mod, is now released on Steam.

Free to play in 2 years apparently and it's not being received that well for now Looks like the plan to have the game priced at 20€ for the beginning in order to not have it buried under a bunch of AI generated shovelware didn't work at all, so I'll refrain from getting it for now.

Sony now requires you to connect online to play your games, period.

You can't crawl in Metroid 1 so Zoomer wins imo That thread was genuinely funny to read lol. Someone was moving the goalpost like they were playing Pong

A Bumpy Ride launches on PC as a casual cosy train driving adventure

My eyes stumbled on the 2nd screen before reading any word and I knew what this was about  Idk if I'm buying it, but for now it's getting into my wishlist

ROM Hack Pokemon hack "Monomyth" gets reveal trailer, set to launch Fall 2026 with more than 75 hours of content

I'm not that much into romhacks but damn, this is so impressive I just have to try it out Me neither I don't understand the point of releasing a trailer before release. 'm just discovering something I'm very excited to play, and I just get frustrated I can't, and it puts the project more at...

Gaming Would you buy Mario Run if they released on Switch 2?

I bought it when it was on sale and I had some fun with it, eventually ran out of things to do So no, not going to double dip for that lol, 5€ was already a lot to ask for a mobile game but at least there were no ads or MTX and I had my money's worth for a while. I'd take a free to play sequel...

Early reviews mark Pokemon Pokopia as one of the best games in the series

Hopefully the game is good for what it is, I still want to hate it because it's Pokémon and it's like hating an ex that doesn't deserve to be doing so well. I'll be at peace when they'll start to do good mainline games. DQB games are good and I'm sure Pokopia will not be worse (at least not by...

Emulation Azahar re-enables support for .3ds files

https://github.com/davFaithid/CIA-to-3DS-Rom-Converter I just found that but idk anything about it so be careful, other than that .... you're best bet would probably be to make space just for the installation so you can delete the .cia afterwards

Emulation Azahar re-enables support for .3ds files

Walmart Shows Metroid Prime 2 and Pikmin 2 Getting added to Nintendo Online

At least we're getting a PC port, hopefully soon. That will deliver more than Nintendo will ever be willing to

Emulation Azahar re-enables support for .3ds files

Totally, from what I've seen Azahar Plus had slightly better performance anyway ? Not sure why but I might keep using it anyway
