    Ill try the exploader fix tonight. I just wish if nothing else, there was a way to disable autoboot in akaio after a gba game is flash to nor. Then i could just remove akaio and boot without the freeze.

    I have the exact same setup and even bought from same seller. I also have the same issue. Playing without a Slot 1 card is the only fix i have found. Same as you. Also this happens with any 32MB game not just kingdom hearts . I have tested with GBAexploader and have same problem...

    A NOR game will load but then not boot correctly. This is fixed by removing Acekard 2i and then it boots fine. Same thing with GBAexploader. Just annoying really.
