    Your 45 FPS edit doesn't work for me :(. The cutscenes stay at 30fps, but the gameplay is just 60 fps running at 2x game speed. Capping the frame rate to 45 FPS with the edit still has it playing at 1.5x game speed, though it is a lot less noticable compared to 2x. Maybe I'm just doing...
