    Most likely NO! the issue wasn't performance but storage. Switch 2 isn't using blurays and looks like the base model, if you believe the leaks, is 256GB so I doubt sacrificing a quater of storage on the full fifa experience.

    It depends, is the rom reverse engineered or just downloaded from a real satelliteview cart. If it was reveres engineered then not illegal. Best example is Neogeo is the custom firmware, there are custom firmware that is fully reverse engineered so it is not illegal to download.

    Have youy tried Del key or other Fkeys unfornately for laptops there is no standard key to get into bios so it is Del or one of Fkeys. Only other way is install Windows 11 and have it boot into recovery then get access to the bios that way
